Mobile Phone Insurance

mobile phone

Over 200 mobile phones are reported stolen every hour, for an estimated two million mobile phones stolen every year.

Maybe your phone is simply accidentally damaged, which may be no less annoying, especially if it no longer works. For most people, their mobile phone is their most essential electronic device, for keeping in touch as well as for email and internet use.

Losing your phone can leave you incommunicado until you get a replacement. As well as being a hassle, replacing a newish mobile can be a significant cost, although you may choose to temporarily “downgrade” to a less desirable phone to save on costs if you do not have mobile insurance.

Stolen phones can also be used to make fraudulent calls, which can result in hundreds or thousands of pounds of call charges between being the phone being stolen and the customer noticing it gone and reporting it lost – make sure you notify your network as soon as you notice you longer have your phone.
